01.10.2025 Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı Tasting Event Highlights 4th International Trusted Product Summit

ISTANBUL – The Aydın Commodity Exchange (ATB) hosted an Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı Tasting Event at the 4th International Trusted Product Summit, drawing significant attention from visitors.

Organized under the theme “Heroes of Export” by the Trusted Product Platform, the summit brought together representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Ministry of Trade, Turkish Parliament Agriculture Commission, NGOs, and various institutions. The event aimed to promote Aydın Memecik Olive Oil, a product with EU geographical indication, highlighting its quality and regional significance.

Emine Ceylan Özdemir, Project and Trademark Officer at ATB, introduced the olive oil to attendees, while tasting sessions were conducted by panelist Ceren Deveci. The event received enthusiastic participation, showcasing strong public interest.

ATB Chairman Fevzi Çondur emphasized the role of olive oil culture in regional promotion and stated that such tasting events help raise awareness among producers, traders, and consumers alike. He confirmed that ATB plans to continue these events to further enhance the value of Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağ.
