04.03.2026 International Women’s Day Celebrated at Aydın Commodity Exchange

Chairman of the Assembly of Aydın Commodity Exchange, A. Bahri Erdel, along with Vice Chairman of the Assembly Ahmet Şenel and Board Members Yakup Er, Rıza Uyar, and Cihan Can, celebrated International Women’s Day on March 8 with the female staff working within Aydın Commodity Exchange, AYTB Aydın Laboratory Services Inc., and EFELAB Private Food Control Laboratories Ltd.

Aydın Commodity Exchange’s management met with female employees at the Exchange building, conveyed their best wishes, and highlighted the importance of women in working life. During the celebration, the role of women’s labor in social and economic development was emphasized.

In his remarks on the significance of the day, Chairman of the Assembly A. Bahri Erdel underlined the responsibilities and contributions women undertake in all areas of life and stated:

Women make dedicated contributions to production, economy and every aspect of social life, and through their achievements, they play a significant role in the development of our country. A strong society is only possible with greater participation of women in social and economic life. We believe that the value of women’s labor should always be recognized, and I extend my congratulations to all women—especially our female colleagues working within our institution—on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
