04.10.2025 Aydın Commodity Exchange Participates in “Personal Productivity and Prioritization” Training

As part of its ongoing internal development initiatives, the Aydın Commodity Exchange  continues to implement educational programs. Recently, a “Personal Productivity and Prioritization” training was conducted for staff.

The online session, delivered by trainer Selen Baranoğlu, was attended by ATB Secretary-General Neslihan Duymaz and exchange personnel. Baranoğlu addressed common challenges in time management and efficient use of working hours, sharing practical methods to enhance personal productivity. She also emphasized that learning to prioritize tasks in both professional and personal life helps individuals plan more effectively, use time efficiently, and improve overall productivity.

Speaking about the training, Aydın Commodity Exchange Chairman Fevzi Çondur highlighted the importance the institution places on educational programs for both staff and members, in line with its vision and goals. Noting that many people face challenges in time management in daily life, Çondur added that the training successfully raised awareness and equipped participants with enhanced time management skills.

Çondur concluded by expressing his gratitude to all participants and to trainer Selen Baranoğlu for her valuable contribution to the program.
