Aydın Commodity Exchange continues to organize personal and professional development training programs for its employees as part of its 2026 training plan. Within this scope, an online training program titled “Psychological Resilience and Stress Management in Business Life” was held.
The training, delivered by instructor Dilek Selçuk, addressed stress factors encountered in business life, the effects of intense workloads on employees, and the importance of maintaining psychological resilience in challenging circumstances.
The program also covered recognizing the physical, mental, and emotional effects of stress, making healthy decisions under pressure, managing emotions and thoughts, adapting to changing conditions, and effectively coping with challenges encountered in business life. Supported by real life examples and interactive activities, the training provided participants with valuable insights aimed at increasing awareness of stress management.
Commenting on the training, Aydın Commodity Exchange Chairman of the Board Fevzi Çondur stated that employees’ psychological resilience is important for institutional efficiency and sustainable success, saying:
