15.11.2025 Aydın Commodity Exchange Participated in the “Team Building, Management, and Effective Teamwork” Training

Aydın Commodity Exchange continues the training activities within the scope of its internal institutional development efforts. In this context, the training titled “Team Building, Team Management, and Effective Teamwork” was conducted online.

The training, delivered by trainer Göktürk Altınbaş, was attended by the Exchange’s staff. Mr. Altınbaş emphasized that one of the key elements of success in professional life is a strong team structure, noting that trust, open communication, information sharing, participation in decision-making, and the free expression of ideas are the fundamental dynamics of effective teamwork. Mr. Altınbaş also provided insights into the points to be considered during the team-building process, stating that teamwork enhances creativity, increases efficiency, improves problem-solving skills, and supports motivation. The training was completed in an interactive manner through Belbin Team Roles and Team Contract applications.

In his evaluation of the training, Fevzi Çondur, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aydın Commodity Exchange, stated that, in line with the institution’s vision and goals, they place great importance on training activities for both members and staff. Emphasizing that one of the most important factors for success in business life is an effective team structure, Mr. Çondur noted that the training provided practical knowledge on team building and management.
