20.10.2021 Aydın exhibited its prosperity in YÖREX

Aydın Commodity Exchange has gotten attention from the visitors at the 11th YÖREX Regional Products Fair, with the leadership of Antalya Commodity Exchange, which was supported by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and held for the 11th times under the famous slogan What's Famous About Your Places.

The YÖREX Regional Products Fair, which was held to ensure the branding of local products and to support the commercialization processes, recognized on October 20, 2021. Aydın Commodity Exchange in YÖREX, which plays a major role in promoting the unique products of various provinces and districts of Turkey, increasing brand value, marketing of products and increasing its awareness on a national and international scale, promoted Aydın's products in the common stand area together with the Chambers/Exchanges of Aydın province.

After the opening ceremony of the YÖREX Regional Products Fair, Cemil Çiçek who is Former Minister of Justice TOBB ETU Board of Trustees, M.Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu who is President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, Ali Çandır who is Chairman of the Board of Antalya Commodity Exchange, chamber/stock exchange heads visited the stand of Aydın Commodity Exchange. Cemil Çiçek, Former Minister of Justice TOBB ETU Board of Trustees and the accompanying delegation to Aydın Commodity Exchange the Vice President of the Assembly Rıza Uyar, Vice Chairman Cengiz Ulgen, Board Member Abdulkadir Yıldız, Council members Ali Agile, Mustafa Akdam and Mehmet Ali Avcu and Secretary General Neslihan Duymaz welcomed M.Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey.

Aydın Chestnut, Aydın Fig and Aydın Memecik Olive and Aydın Memecik Olive Oil, Aydın Yamalak Yellow Olive, Aydın Pine nut that are registered as Geographical Indication were presented to Cemil Çiçek, Former Minister of Justice TOBB ETU Board of Trustees, M.Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the accompanying delegation with them. 

Intense Interest to Aydın's Regional Products

Aydın Commodity Exchange and Aydın Province chambers/exchanges were jointly located at the stand where Aydın Commodity Exchange registered as Turkey's 4th geographically indication product in the European Union, Aydın Chestnut, EU Registered Aydın Fig; Aydın Pine Nut, Aydın Yamalak Yellow Olive, Aydın Memecik Olive Oil and Aydın Memecik Olive registered as geographical indication and cotton, corn and olive oil soap. Chestnut Sugar produced from Aydın Chestnut, Fig Jam produced from Aydın Fig received great attention by visitors at the fair. In the stand area, visitors were given information about the distinctive properties of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil by having Aydın Memecik Olive Oil tasted. 

Cengiz Ülgen, commenting on the YÖREX Regional Products Fair, Vice Chairman of the Board of Aydın Commodity Exchange, said, ''YÖREX Regional Products Fair, where all regional products are introduced from south to north, east to west of our country, is an important organization in bringing together our regional wealthies. We promote our province and agricultural products by introducing our visitors from 81 provinces to our local products at our stand where our agricultural products are introduced to the fairgrounds by Aydın Commodity Exchange. YÖREX contributes greatly to the branding our our local products and to increase the brand value. With the fair that took place, we had the opportunity to introduce the branded and branded agricultural products of our province and the most important brands to the visitors.
