Aydın Commodity Exchange Assembly President A. Bahri Erdel and Vice Chairman of the Board Cengiz Ülgen attended the meeting hosted by Aydın Metropolitan Municipality to evaluate the current state of the Aydın fig sector, representing Aydın Commodity Exchange.

Aydın Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Özlem Çerçioğlu met with fig exporters operating in the city to evaluate the current state of the sector, the demands of exporters, and the position of Aydın figs in international markets. AK Party Aydın Deputy Seda Sarıbaş also attended the meeting, along with Aydın Commodity Exchange Assembly President A. Bahri Erdel and Vice Chairman of the Board Cengiz Ülgen, representing Aydın Commodity Exchange.

During the meeting, the position of Aydın figs in international markets, strengthening export processes, improving product quality, and developments in the sector were discussed, and views were exchanged.
