31.05.2025 Aydın Commodity Exchange Participated in TOBB 81st General Assembly

The 81st General Assembly of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) was held in Ankara, hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and attended by Minister of Trade Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat. The general assembly held at TOBB University of Economics and Technology was attended by many chamber and exchange representatives from across the country. Aydın Commodity Exchange was represented by Board Chairman Fevzi Çondur, Assembly Speaker A. Bahri Erdel, TOBB Delegates Rıza Uyar and Cengiz Ülgen, Assembly Vice Presidents Ali Çevik and Ahmet Şenel, and Assembly Members Adem Türkmen, Mehmet Ali Avcu, Mehmet Akkan, Ali Rıza Vural, M. Hakan Adalı and Secretary General Neslihan Duymaz.

During the General Assembly, important evaluations were made regarding the current state of the Turkish economy, the future of trade and the strengthening of the private sector. The messages of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Minister of Trade Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat to the business world were followed with interest by the participants. The general assembly was successfully completed with the votes held after the commission presentations. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu said in his statement, “We will continue to follow, voice and produce solutions to the problems of our members together with our chambers and exchanges.

As the TOBB family, we will continue to work today and tomorrow as we did yesterday for a more prosperous Turkey. It is time to work harder together.” Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat stated in his post on his social media account that the most important strength of Turkey’s uninterrupted growth process for 19 quarters is the valuable representatives of the business world, especially TOBB, and its dynamic production infrastructure. Bolat wished TOBB’s 81st Financial General Assembly to be beneficial and thanked TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and all members of the business world.

As part of the general assembly program, the Aydın Commodity Exchange delegation visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu in his office. During the visit, information was exchanged about the ongoing work of Aydın Commodity Exchange, requests and suggestions from members. Aydın Commodity Exchange Board Chairman Fevzi Çondur emphasized that TOBB successfully represents the country and the business world in every field and said, “We wish TOBB’s 81st General Assembly to be beneficial for our country and community, and we thank Mr. M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu for hosting and contributing.”
