30.09.2023 Training on Form a Team was Held at Aydın Commodity Exchange

Within the scope of the 2023 training program of Aydın Commodity Exchange, Trainer Başak Kişisel conducted an online training on Creating Self-Managed Teams.

In the training attended by Aydın Commodity Exchange staff and members, Trainer Başak included topics that will help us create personal teams more effectively, increase autonomy by affecting internal motivation among team members, and master the leadership adventure by learning modern leadership styles.
