Within the scope of its internal development activities, the Aydın Commodity Exchange continues to organize training programs for its staff. In this context, an online training titled “Solution-Oriented Thinking and Growth Mindset” was held.
The training was delivered by Dilek Selçuk and attended by employees of the Aydın Commodity Exchange. The session emphasized the importance of developing problem-solving skills for individuals and institutions in a rapidly changing business environment, while also addressing the impact of a solution-oriented approach on organizational efficiency, collaboration, and sustainable success.
Dilek Selçuk highlighted that solution-oriented thinking focuses on creating development opportunities by effectively utilizing existing resources and potential, rather than concentrating solely on problems. Throughout the training, topics such as increasing awareness, focusing on strengths, constructive communication, generating alternative solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning were presented with practical examples. Supported by interactive exercises, the training was completed with active participation from attendees.
In his evaluation of the program, Fevzi Çondur, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Aydın Commodity Exchange, stated that the institution places great importance on training activities that support the personal and professional development of both its members and staff. Emphasizing that solution-oriented thinking and a growth mindset have become critical elements of organizational success in today’s business world, Çondur noted that the training strengthened employees’ perspectives and contributed positively to institutional capacity.
Mr. Çondur also extended his thanks to all participating staff and expressed his appreciation to the trainer, Dilek Selçuk, for her valuable contributions.
